Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you arrive more than 25% late to your appointment (for example, more than 15 minutes late for a 60-minute facial), we may not be able to complete the full service and might need to reschedule.

No-shows or late cancellations (including rescheduling or being late) will be charged 100% of the missed service.

For first-time late cancellations, 50% of the fee may be applied toward your next service.

No-shows will be allowed to rebook on a case-by-case basis.
